Dear Families,
We are delighted to open Expressions of Interest for the 2026 School Holiday Parent Education and Collaboration Program at Integrative Psychology Associates. This program has been carefully designed in response to the challenges, frustrations, and uncertainties that so many families share with us throughout the year. Parents often tell me they feel alone, unheard by schools, unsure how to support their child in the moment, or overwhelmed by the constant need to advocate.
This program was created to change that.
Across 2026, we will be providing structured, compassionate, practical guidance for families who want to feel more confident, connected, and supported, at home, at school, and within their wider community. The program runs across the Term 2, Term 3, and Term 4 school holidays, and families commit to the full program to ensure meaningful progress and continuity.
This program is privately billed and separate from standard therapy appointments.
Expressions of interest will close on 19 December 2025.
Why I am offering this program
I have witnessed firsthand the immense pressure families face when navigating neurodiversity, schooling demands, behavioural challenges, emotional dysregulation, sensory needs, and inconsistent support systems. Parents are expected to be the case manager, advocate, teacher, therapist, and emotional anchor, often without clear guidance or a community around them.
The truth is, parents deserve support too.
Not just information, but connection.
Not just strategies, but confidence.
Not just resources, but a community that understands.
These sessions will give you the knowledge and practical tools you need, but just as importantly, they will bring together families walking similar paths. You will have opportunities to connect, learn from each other, normalise shared experiences, reduce isolation, and build a supportive parent community, something I see families deeply craving but rarely offered.
This is some of the most important work we can do for long term change.

Claimable resource components include general worksheets, guides, frameworks, and planning materials that support your child’s functioning.
Why commit now
Families who engage in consistent, structured support across the year tend to see the strongest long term outcomes. This program gives you:
The impact of this program extends far beyond each individual session. It strengthens family functioning, improves communication, and builds sustainable skills that carry through the entire school year.
